Role Overview

Lead and support Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, and Third‑Party Management teams across Enterprise Operations and BPO categories
Partner closely with business leaders to design and execute sourcing strategies that drive cost savings, cost avoidance, risk reduction, enhanced business outcomes and and service improvement for suppliers across the enterprise
Provide leadership and oversight for complex supplier negotiations and contract structures, including master service agreements and statements of work
Act as a trusted advisor and coach, strengthening team capability in sourcing strategy, supplier management, and commercial negotiations
Ensure clear communication, alignment, and momentum across sourcing initiatives in a matrixed environment
Develop a strong understanding and forecast of key cost drivers and market factors in the BPO category through continuous research and monitoring. Fully leverage partnerships with market intelligence firms in the process.
Lead supplier performance, risk, and compliance management with a consistent, enterprise‑wide approach
Support change initiatives with resilience and clarity, helping teams adapt while staying focused on outcomes
Serve as an escalation point for critical supplier or stakeholder issues, resolving challenges thoughtfully and effectively
Contribute to the continued evolution of GPTPMS processes, talent strategy, and ways of working
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or third‑party management
At least 5 years of people leadership experience
Deep expertise in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) categories
Strong understanding of commercial and legal contract terms
Proven ability to lead and influence in a matrixed organization
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and conflict‑resolution skills
Bachelor’s degree in a business or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience supporting onshore and offshore sourcing models
Background across indirect procurement categories in large organizations
Experience with procurement and contract lifecycle management systems (e.g., Ariba, iCertis)
Familiarity with third‑party risk and performance management practices
Experience in healthcare‑related industries
Knowledge of HIPAA, Business Associate Agreements, and related healthcare concepts
Industry certifications (e.g., SIG, CSCP, CPM)
