Role Overview

• Provide strategic leadership for the Enterprise & Innovation directorate.
• Lead, inspire and develop high-performing Enterprise and Innovation teams.
• Oversee major programmes and regulatory interventions.
• Drive forward-looking policy and horizon scanning.
• Represent and influence on behalf of the ICO.

Requirements

• Deep expertise and credibility in digital regulation, technology policy, or a related strategic field.
• Significant experience operating at a senior level.
• Sound understanding of emerging technologies and their societal, economic and ethical implications.
• Strong leadership credentials with a track record of inspiring high-performing teams.
• Intellectual authority and visible leadership ability to deliver at pace in a complex landscape.
