Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and data needs
Gather, document, and analyze requirements and translate these into user stories for Scrum backlog
Conduct detailed data analysis and mapping between source systems and the Azure data platform
Develop functional specifications for the development team
Collaborate with developers, and architects to design and implement analytic solutions
Create Power Bl reports and dashboards of simple to medium complexity
Validate and test data models, reports, and dashboards to ensure accuracy and consistency
Assist in the development and execution of test plans, including unit and user acceptance testing
Provide support in troubleshooting data issues and discrepancies
Own service tickets to achieve service levels (SLAs)
Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards
Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
4+ years of relevant data analytics or business systems analyst experience
Solid understanding of data governance, modeling, and validation principles and techniques
Experience working with SAP S/4 HANA (Finance, Manufacturing, Sales, or Supply Chain) and Microsoft Azure data services
Proficient in using SOL and working with databases
Experience with Power Bl, Tableau, or similar.
