You act as an "integrator" between business requirements and technology solutions to find solutions to clients' problems
Prepare and lead client workshops to capture requirements and challenges
Translate business requirements into detailed user stories through close collaboration with the client
Take ownership and coordinate development activities throughout the project, keeping the client and stakeholders informed of progress
Lead and coordinate QA and UAT activities
Stay up to date on innovations, trends, and developments around Salesforce to provide clients with the most modern solutions
Continue to develop your skills through Salesforce training and mentoring
Analyze data and continuously produce reports to enhance insights
Take responsibility for internal initiatives and innovation tasks
Participate in pre-sales activities

At least 4 years of experience in consulting or a comparable, relevant industry
Solid experience in capturing functional requirements for at least 4 years
At least 4 years of experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, or Commerce Cloud
Experience in pre-sales activities is a must
Experience leading IT projects
Salesforce certifications are required
Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce formulas, Process Builder, and Flows
Experience redesigning processes and managing customer expectations
Experience with project management and change management is a plus
A proactive, solution-oriented approach to work
Able to perform fully remotely and experienced in working with a remote team
Specialization in industry clouds such as Consumer Goods Cloud or Nonprofit Cloud is an advantage
Fluent German and English skills are required
Additional language skills are a plus
