Collaborate and communicate proactively with internal & external stakeholders ensuring optimal supply chain planning performance
Maintain optimal logistical and inventory performance and participate in projects
Ensure that physical and biocriteria flows are steered optimally in a dynamic environment with continuous changes and/or updates driven by internal and external factors
Continuously adapt and re-optimize plans, keeping all stakeholders informed timely
Manage global work environment challenges with different time zones & out of office hours availability
Participate in the design and development of planning tools and systems, testings and implementation
Requirements
Relevant work experience in supply chain management, logistics, circular/renewable business, commercial commodity or trading operations
Commercial & forecasting awareness understanding the drivers in the International supply chain, its impact on Neste’s commercial trade and associated P&L
In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Planning workflow, thorough understanding of supply chain planning impact on Neste’s overall performance
A solid understanding of Neste business models, systems and processes and the importance of following set instructions
Good and proactive communication and collaboration skills, virtually and in person; fluency in written & oral English
Possessing an analytical mindset, driven by data, with the courage to challenge established norms and the status quo
Have a proactive and flexible mindset: Adopting a solution-, result-, and flexibility-oriented mindset, demonstrating the courage to question, collaborate on, develop, and propose enhanced ways of working
Ability to work under pressure, respond to the dynamic & demanding requirements of the international oil & renewable markets and compliance regulations
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant area, e.g. from business or technology or applicable work experience
