Lead technical discovery sessions and translate agency pain points into clear, compelling product value propositions.
Facilitate structured discovery engagements with agency stakeholders to uncover operational challenges, fraud risks, and identity verification gaps. Synthesize findings into well-defined technical and business requirements, and articulate how Socure’s capabilities address these needs through differentiated, outcome-driven value propositions.
Design and execute Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) in close collaboration with Data Science to demonstrate Socure’s platform impact and analytical capabilities.
Develop and manage POCs using client-provided or synthetic datasets to validate solution performance. Partner with Data Science teams to configure models, analyze results, and present measurable outcomes such as fraud capture rates, false positive reduction, and auto-approval improvements.
Conduct in-depth client analysis, including portfolio scrubs, performance tuning, and fraud investigations, to optimize outcomes and reduce risk.
Perform comprehensive analyses of client identity populations through portfolio scrubs and retrospective reviews. Identify fraud patterns, synthetic identities, and operational inefficiencies, and recommend targeted performance tuning strategies to improve accuracy, reduce risk exposure, and enhance decisioning outcomes.
Deliver customer presentations and portfolio readouts, clearly communicating performance insights, fraud trends, and optimization opportunities.
Lead executive and operational-level presentations that translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights. Present portfolio performance metrics, emerging fraud trends, and recommended adjustments to workflows or decision logic to drive continuous improvement.
Work closely with Data Science teams during analytical phases to interpret model outputs, refine strategies, and support data-driven decisioning.
Act as a bridge between client needs and Data Science by contextualizing model outputs, validating assumptions, and ensuring analytical approaches align with real-world use cases. Contribute to iterative model and strategy refinement based on client-specific data and outcomes.
Translate complex data insights and machine learning outcomes into clear, actionable recommendations for public sector stakeholders.
Simplify advanced analytics, model scores, and reason codes into language accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences. Provide practical recommendations that agencies can implement to improve fraud prevention while maintaining equitable access to services.
Develop a deep understanding of Socure’s product roadmap, enhancements, and capabilities, and align them to customer workflows and use cases.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform innovations, including new features, model enhancements, and regulatory alignments. Proactively identify opportunities to introduce relevant capabilities into customer environments to improve performance and future-proof implementations.
Ensure customer workflows are optimized to meet objectives across fraud prevention, false positive reduction, and inclusive, risk-based identity verification.
Design and refine decisioning workflows that balance security and user experience. Leverage Socure’s layered approach (e.g., Sigma, Document Verification, and risk signals) to minimize friction for legitimate users while effectively identifying and mitigating fraud.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide market feedback and help shape product direction based on client needs and emerging fraud trends.
Serve as the voice of the customer by sharing insights from the field, including feature gaps, usability considerations, and evolving fraud patterns. Contribute to product innovation by informing roadmap priorities and validating new capabilities against real-world public sector requirements.
