Requirements
- significant experience in UX/UI and UX research
- experience in both startups and larger organizations
- strategic thinking + hands-on execution
- curious about user behavior
- thrives in ambiguous environments
- broad UX expertise (qualitative & quantitative research, personas, UI design)
- technical skills (Figma, Miro, Maze, Condense or similar)
- fluent in English (spoken & written)
