Account management: You support our Existing Business team as needed, leveraging the trust-based relationships you have built with your existing accounts
Initiative: You contribute to activating client employees through events and communication measures
CRM management: You document your approach in a structured way in our CRM system (Salesforce), enabling efficient collaboration
Sales innovation: You bring optimization suggestions and ideas to make the sales process even more successful
Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with colleagues in Marketing, Sales, Supply and Existing Business
Requirements
Sales experience: You have at least two years of practical experience in B2B sales and are ready to apply your skills in a growing market sector
Regional ties: You are based in Offenbach, Bad Hersfeld or Fulda and know the region well—its culture, people and local particularities
Results orientation: You are driven by the idea of taking ownership of your own success
Purpose-driven sales: You want to sell a meaningful product as your next career step and help companies put workplace health promotion at the center with EGYM Wellpass
Working style: You maintain a structured and independent way of working
Corporate health management: Ideally you have experience in corporate health management / company sports or possess knowledge in this area (e.g., through your studies)
