Work with stakeholders to understand business goals and requirements, then translate those into complete, system solutions.
Maintain a holistic view of the system to understand cross-functional impacts with regard to configuration, business processes, reporting, and integrations.
Design, build, and test configurations, calculations, business processes, and reports.
Act as the Workday systems analyst on an Agile team; identify deliverables, track issues and risks, and communicate and escalate concerns to project management.
Troubleshoot system issues, develop enhancements, recommend process changes, identify new technology capabilities and support system upgrades.
Maintain awareness of current trends in HCM through classes (online or live), reading, and conferences, continuously increasing HR Technology application/tools knowledge.
Lead efforts to drive continuous improvement in data quality and integrity. Identify sources of data integrity issues and propose (and partner in the delivery of) process improvement solutions, user training, etc.
Performs other duties as required.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Workday, with a focus on configuration, support, and administration.
Proficiency in Workday modules including, but not limited to HCM, Compensation, Absence Management, Reporting, Security, etc.
Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and levels of the organization.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
