Role Overview
- Conducting scheduled class observations and preparing coaching notes to support teaching effectiveness.
- Providing structured guidance and feedback to instructors through regular check-ins.
- Monitoring learner feedback and maintaining performance documentation.
- Teaching a set number of weekly VR classes to maintain platform familiarity and apply practical teaching strategies.
- Collaborating with Curriculum and Research teams to share insights on lesson clarity and educational material improvement.
- Participating in instructor hiring by reviewing candidates using established interview rubrics and teaching demos.
- Assisting instructors in the transition from initial onboarding to ongoing performance support.
- Supervising the work of Teachers and Instructors.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree in Education, Second Language Acquisition (SLA), or a closely related field.
- Experience: 36 months (3 years) of experience in the occupation of Education Administrator or a related instructional management role.
- Must possess professional-level fluency (written and oral) in Spanish, French, or Portuguese.
- Must have documented experience using virtual or immersive learning technologies for educational purposes.
