Consulting and support: You act as a consultant and support customers in implementing AIPERIA software to ensure successful integration into their business processes.
You translate individual customer requirements into clear and precise user stories.
Workshops and training: You conduct workshops and training sessions with our customers to promote adoption and effective use of our solutions.
Analysis and reporting: Prepare initial analyses in Excel from raw data and translate core questions into clear evaluations and reports.
Interpret the data analyses prepared by our Data Analysts and persuasively present the results to the customer.
Stakeholder management and process optimization: You work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Product Development and Support to ensure projects are executed smoothly.

At least 1–2 years of experience in (IT) consulting or a comparable role with direct customer contact, ideally in retail or supply chain management.
You are an excellent communicator and make a strong impression with a professional demeanor.
You have a structured way of working and the ability to coordinate multiple projects in parallel while maintaining an overview.
You have fluent German (C1) and good English skills.
