Implement system expansions and adjustments
First point of contact for internal colleagues for incidents in 1st
and 2nd-level support
Handle customer inquiries
Ensure smooth onboarding of new colleagues
Set up user accounts and devices
Support users in the use of software and hardware
Document work in the Jira ticketing system
Escalate complex issues to the responsible specialist departments
Ensure reliable operations through IT documentation
Document processes, system adjustments, and changes in Atlassian Confluence
Maintain progress in the Atlassian Jira ticketing system

Completed vocational training in IT, e.g., as an IT specialist for system integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or an equivalent qualification
Experience with ticketing systems such as Atlassian Jira
Basic knowledge in server administration and networking
Familiarity with terms such as DNS, Active Directory/LDAP, Wireshark, PowerShell, and the OSI model
Experience operating MS Windows Servers is an advantage
Experience in IT support or help desk
Technical affinity and a curious mindset
Strong problem-solving skills
Service-oriented working style
Valid driver's license (B or former Class 3)
Willingness to travel for regular regional assignments
Good German and English language skills
Strong teamwork and communication skills
