About this role
Role Overview
Act as the primary, day-to-day contact for marketing managers and brand leads on the client side.
Lead weekly status meetings, build comprehensive contact reports, and ensure clients always know exactly where their projects stand.
Build deep trust with your clients, learning their brand voice, aesthetic preferences, and internal approval processes inside and out.
Take in raw client requests and translate them into sharp, clear, and actionable briefs for the Strategy and Creative teams.
Filter and consolidate client feedback.
Facilitate creative reviews, helping to set the stage and contextualize the work before the Art Director or Strategist presents.
Keep a sharp eye on scope creep and support the Account Director with monthly billing, retainer tracking, and drafting smaller project proposals.
Identify organic opportunities to grow the account by listening for pain points the client mentions in passing and suggesting Prospekt solutions.
Partner tightly with Project Managers and collaborate with the Production team during live campaigns.
Requirements
3–5 years of account management or client services experience within a creative, experiential, or advertising agency.
Brand marketing agency and/or experiential agency experience is required.
Experience managing day-to-day communications for retainer-based clients and integrated campaigns.
A strong understanding of digital deliverables, social campaigns, and basic creative production processes.
Experience working with modern agency tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Clickup, etc.).
A passion for sports, entertainment, lifestyle, and culture-driven brand work.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
