Conduct wireless surveys and validate connectivity to maintain system reliability, adjusting components as necessary to optimize network performance.
Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to install, repair, and upgrade cabling and telecommunication systems in compliance with technical codes and regulations.
Inspect supplier installations for contract compliance, perform quality assurance checks, and report issues for timely resolution.
Provide onsite training and support to technicians, enhancing troubleshooting and installation capabilities.
Maintain compliance with safety, electrical, and federal regulations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

2 years’ experience with data network connectivity.
Proven experience in telecommunications network installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of networking hardware, including network switches, patch panels, and structured cabling systems.
Ability to conduct wireless surveys and validate connectivity to ensure system reliability.
Familiarity with federal, state, and local technical codes and standards, including FCC and National Electric Code compliance.
Skilled in quality assurance processes and conducting inspections to ensure contract and regulatory compliance.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
