About this role
Role Overview
Define, document, and maintain standardized SAP SuccessFactors processes.
Advise HR teams on ongoing optimization opportunities.
Coordinate requirements analysis and system enhancements with external vendors.
Collaborate with IT and external partners to manage system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure availability and reliability.
Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual tasks and increase efficiency.
Lead SuccessFactors-related projects, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Act as the liaison between Global Process Owners, HR Business Partners, HR Operations, IT, and external vendors.
Facilitate design and review workshops and serve as a primary counterpart for HRIS infrastructure topics.
Develop and support change initiatives related to system enhancements.
Prepare communication plans, training materials, and user guides to drive user adoption.
Lead the Cross-Module Governance Team and oversee the Continuous Development process.
Monitor system usage, user feedback, and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
Drive HR digital transformation initiatives aligned with organizational strategy.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration (HR/IT focus), Information Technology, or a related field.
Several years of professional experience in HR.
Multiple years of experience with HR cloud solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
Extensive experience in HR IT, digital transformation, and leading global projects.
Hands-on experience in process and system design, including end-to-end ownership.
Deep knowledge of the SuccessFactors Talent Suite (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation & Variable Pay, Performance & Goals, LMS, Integrations, etc.).
Project management certification (PMP, Agile/Scrum) is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and communication skills across cultures.
Ability to simplify complex topics and present them clearly to diverse audiences.
Strong problem-solving orientation with a focus on process optimization and standardization.
Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate future needs and plan system evolution accordingly.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
