Role Overview
Sales Development Representatives own the top of the sales funnel and are chartered with developing new business opportunities by establishing contact with key IT decision makers and pitching Flexera’s value proposition.
Accomplish this via research and proactive outreach using a variety of mediums, including phone, video, email, social media, and creative outlets.
Research, prospect, and develop new leads within target accounts.
Partner with Account Executives and Field Marketing to develop creative programs and events to drive pipeline-building efforts within target accounts.
Leverage technology like Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Alyce for engagement with new and existing contacts.
Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in target accounts and secure meaningful interactions for Account Executives.
Participate in team learning opportunities and personal development. Achieve quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities and pipeline progression.
Engage contacts from target accounts for local and national events created by marketing.
Requirements
Fluency in English and German.
Ability to think on your feet in a conversation and answer unexpected questions with ease.
Appreciation for different perspectives and enjoyment in working with people from diverse backgrounds.
Empathy for customers’ struggles and challenges.
Intellectual curiosity.
Resilience in the face of objections.
