Act as a Systems Analyst within the company's ecosystem
Provide technical maintenance/support by identifying, analyzing, and resolving incidents and bugs
Provide support for systems and tools used by clients
Develop and enhance applications on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud)
Implement customizations, automations, and business rules within Salesforce
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and corporate systems (REST/SOAP APIs)
Participate in technical analysis of requirements, proposing solutions and estimates
Provide technical support to vendors and partners
Ensure technical documentation, version control, and adherence to best practices
Contribute to continuous improvements in architecture and development processes

Solid experience as a Systems Analyst
Strong experience developing on Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud)
Experience with system integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.)
Experience in system support/maintenance (error analysis, fixes, and improvements)
Familiarity with enterprise/corporate systems
Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Good communication skills for interaction with clients, internal teams, and vendors
Familiarity with IT management tools (incident/ticketing systems, etc.)
Salesforce certifications (preferred)
Experience with Salesforce architecture and complex integrations (preferred)
Experience in environments with multiple integrated systems (preferred)
Experience in large enterprises or mission-critical environments (preferred)
