Role Overview
Managing work in progress
Handling data entry
Processing orders
Preparing estimates
Overseeing a wide range of administrative tasks
Managing parts ordering, invoicing, purchase orders, warranty claims, and coordinating medical appointments.
Requirements
Confident user of the Microsoft suite of products
Familiar with Aurora or similar enterprise management software
Excellent time management skills
Highly organized
Previous experience in a workshop environment would be beneficial
Ability to work and perform unsupervised is essential
Strong customer service focus with a high level of initiative, drive and determination to achieve goals & targets set for customer satisfaction.
Must have the right to live and work in Australia.
