Execute and maintain complex, multi-step email automations across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, expansion, and churn
Own day-to-day email platform operations, including workflow configuration, deployment, QA, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization
Partner closely with Business Systems and Data teams to define and operationalize data requirements for email execution
Monitor and optimize email deliverability, sender reputation, and inbox placement
Partner with lifecycle, systems, analytics, and technical stakeholders to execute lifecycle programs accurately and efficiently
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience managing email operations within an enterprise ESP environment, with strong proficiency in Iterable or similar platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Working knowledge of SQL with the ability to review, validate, and troubleshoot data in tools such as Snowflake or similar data warehouses
Strong attention to detail with a disciplined approach to QA, documentation, and process management
Clear communication skills with the ability to own execution end-to-end
