Coordinate strategic initiatives in Medical Safety program
Lead key Medical Safety workstreams and develop project charters
Oversee scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
Collaborate with enterprise and business unit teams to align strategic priorities
Facilitate meetings and engage stakeholders
Drive stakeholder mapping, engagement, and communication for change initiatives
Monitor project progress using key metrics and KPIs
Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership
Support execution of Medical Safety education and training initiatives and maturity assessments

5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Development, Business Strategy, or equivalent within a MedTech or healthcare setting
Proven track record of planning and managing complex programs and driving projects with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated experience and understanding of Medical Safety topic, risk management, and driving quality improvement initiatives
Strong knowledge of safety standards and clinical workflows
Proficiency in project tools (MS, Power BI, other PM tools used in Philips)
Bachelor's or master's degree in healthcare or business administration, Project Management or equivalent.
