Manage the delivery and cost of projects through proactive risk and opportunity management
Work closely with a core team of cost and schedule experts to achieve project targets
Review Key Handover Documents and collaborate on strategizing costs and schedule risks
Assemble project teams at launch and introduce cross-functional team members
Conduct IPM Execution Strategy Meetings to communicate project strategies
Lead weekly IPM meetings to review cost and schedule risks and opportunities
Support PM & CM with risk action plans and updates
Create disciplined change management processes to track deviations
Gather inputs on customer change orders and assess options
Develop and execute plans to track Project Payment Milestones

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
Significant cross-functional business experience with operational and/or project management experience
Proven ability to lead and thrive in a cross-functional matrix environment
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
Strong oral and written communication skills
Effective organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze, resolve problems, and deliver results
Detail-oriented with ‘can do’ approach
Thorough competency in Microsoft Office Tools
Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt / Master Black Belt Certification or equivalent quality certification
PMP certification
