Role Overview
- Ensure customer satisfaction through a friendly welcome and tailored advice
- Grow sales for your department
- Recommend complementary solutions and various services
- Support customers with their home improvement projects
- Maintain quality self-service: stocking shelves, keeping displays clean, shelf-facing...
- Help showcase the offer: podiums, window displays... and energize the sales area (promotional activities, special offers...)
Requirements
- A passion for retail and for working in a team
- A genuine interest in products within your department
- A taste for challenge
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ideally, some previous experience in sales
