Role Overview
- Provides strategic leadership for fundraising technology and data systems
- Oversees implementation, maintenance, and improvement of CRM platforms
- Develops reports and dashboards to support fundraising analysis
- Manages project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource assignments
- Collaborates with IT to ensure data integrity and security
- Designs training programs for user adoption of systems
- Maintains secure system interfaces to comply with data protection standards
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a related field
- Four years of experience with supporting fundraising systems and/or information systems
- Experience in donor or fundraising records management
- Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Raiser’s Edge NXT)
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
