Assist with the attraction, recruiting and retention strategy for Prudential Advisors in partnership with the recruiting team

Actively guide and support financial professionals to maximize their potential in the areas of productivity and culture contributions
Champion the use of technology platforms that enhance overall client experience and operational efficiencies
Foster a holistic financial planning culture and engage all clients in holistic financial planning
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 5 years of a proven track record of coaching, inspiring, and motivating sales teams (Financial Services market preferred)
Proven track record of delivering sales team results and growing a market
Series 6 and 65 registrations & Life/Health insurance license
Series 7 and 66 registrations (preferred)
Industry designations such as CFP, ChFC, or CLU (preferred)
