Manage the delivery and cost of projects through proactive risk and opportunity management
Attend and contribute to Readiness Release, Advance Release, and Full Release Meetings
Review Key Handover Documents and collaborate on documenting costs and schedule risks
Assemble project team at launch and set project launch schedule
Support Cost & Schedule Core Team members in Commitment Meetings
Conduct IPM Execution Strategy Meeting during Launch
Lead weekly IPM meetings with Project Team members
Identify action plans required for mitigation of risks
Drive specific mitigation efforts with functional owners
Support PM & CM with latest risk action plans and updates
Create disciplined change management process and reporting

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
Significant cross-functional business experience with operational and/or project management experience
Fluency in English
Proven ability to lead and thrive in a cross-functional matrix environment
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Effective organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze, resolve problems, and deliver results
Detail-oriented with ‘can do’ approach
Thorough competency in Microsoft Office Tools
Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt / Master Black Belt Certification or equivalent quality certification
PMP certification
