Role Overview
- Ensure timely responses to all inbound leads and opportunities.
- Follow up on sales conversations, proposals, and next steps.
- Manage pipeline activity and support meeting scheduling.
- Assist with contract and proposal creation and delivery.
- Hold the founder accountable to revenue-driving activities and commitments.
- Repurpose LinkedIn content into blog posts and blogs into LinkedIn content.
- Ensure consistent posting across LinkedIn and the website.
- Organize and maintain systems that create visibility and execution clarity.
- Coordinate client scheduling (QBRs, check-ins, and recurring meetings).
Requirements
- 1-3 years supporting consultants, agencies, or fractional executives.
- Experience coordinating contractors or small teams.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy and content repurposing.
- Basic understanding of marketing workflows and funnels.
- Hands-on experience with CRMs and modern digital tools.
- Advanced English proficiency.
