About this role

Lead the charge in improving, harmonizing, standardizing, and ensuring compliance and accuracy in key accounting processes globally.
Engage, inspire and provide strong development support for the direct team according to their knowledge and skills.
Drive the implementation of new processes, best practices and changes globally in order management and backlog reporting.
As a key working partner of business teams & other finance teams (including Strategic Marketing – product commercialization, Sales, IT and Finance), provide accounting guidance in terms of revenue recognition for new deals/new business models/new business projects.
Prepare and review regular and ad-hoc financial analysis and reports.

A minimum of 12 years of experience in accounting and finance, with hands-on experience in Revenue Recognition.
A degree in accounting or finance.
Fluent in English, both written and oral.
Experienced in applications such as Microsoft Office.
Possess an analytical and problem-solving orientation, with a natural curiosity about business issues, drivers, and solutions.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Capability to lead discussions with accounting and non-accounting teams.
Management experience or supervisory equivalent.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS 15 (or ASC 606).
