About this role

Lead and mentor a team of sales engineers, providing guidance and support in technical pre-sales activities
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor technical solutions that meet their cybersecurity needs
Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our Zero Trust and Fraud Protection solutions
Provide valuable feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and market trends

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience in the field
Proven experience in a leadership role within a cybersecurity or technology-focused organization
Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams
In-depth knowledge of ZTNA principles and their application in cybersecurity
Knowledge of banking cybersecurity and fraud strategies and related solutions
Strong understanding of networking, cloud security, and enterprise IT infrastructure
Native Spanish speaker with proficiency in English is preferred
