Responsible for working closely with suppliers to enhance their manufacturing processes, ensure quality standards, and optimize cost efficiency
Lead supplier evaluation, qualification, and development projects
Conduct detailed process and quality audits
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address supplier-related issues and improvements
Analyze data to identify trends in supplier performance and develop strategies for improvement
Manage supplier development projects to enhance capabilities and performance
Interact with and influence senior leadership decision-making on supplier matters.

Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters +6 yrs experience)
Typically 8+ years of related experience
Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt required; Certified Supplier Quality Professional (CSQP) and Certified Supplier Development Professional (CSDP) are highly desirable
Advanced knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and quality systems
Demonstrated expertise in supplier management principles and best practices and maintaining supplier relationships
Demonstrated expertise in Project Management principles and processes
Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and reporting, and skilled in breaking down complex issues into clear and simple terms for company action
Understanding of risk management, cost analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
