About this role
Role Overview
Provide technical issue resolution and fleet insights to ensure customer satisfaction.
Respond to internal and external customer requests regarding operational and maintenance issues.
Contribute to root cause analysis and engineering investigation activities.
Prepare technical communications for customers, including recommendations on technical issues.
Identify potential product safety issues and collaborate with the Product Safety team.
Escalate non-conformances to other engineering departments and act as a liaison.
May travel to customer sites to support issue investigation.
Requirements
Master’s degree in an engineering discipline.
Extensive experience in the design, commissioning, or maintenance of GE Vernova accessories systems.
Strong working knowledge of GE Vernova Gas Turbines operational philosophy.
Experience working in a global, multicultural, matrix organization.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
Effective time management and ability to multitask.
Strong technical aptitude, including familiarity with relevant engineering tools and systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English.
