10+ years of progressive leadership experience across Data, Analytics, Digital Technology, Software, or AI
Strong software engineering leadership background, with experience building enterprise applications, platforms, and reusable data or AI products
Proven experience building, leading, and developing global teams of senior leaders
Influencing executive stakeholders, and driving enterprise‑level transformation in a matrixed environment
Experience applying data, analytics, or AI solutions within manufacturing or supply chain environments
