Act as a product owner for learning products
Ensure an efficient response to training needs expressed by internal clients
Design and develop training products that captivate and engage learners
Facilitate dialogue with subject-matter experts
Lead and manage projects
Ensure innovation and compliance in training
Manage the lifecycle and attractiveness of a portfolio of training products
Contribute to the visibility and service quality of the Center of Expertise for Training (CE)

Master’s degree (or equivalent) with at least 4 years of successful experience in instructional design
Strong interest in innovation
A blend of creativity, initiative and excellent communication skills
Proficiency with Articulate 360 authoring tools
Good knowledge of UX best practices
Solid knowledge of LMSs and digital learning tools
Experience designing training solutions incorporating extended reality technologies (XR) is a plus
Strong project management skills
