Lead solution design for SAP S/4HANA across key merchandising areas such as MM, SD, CAR, PMR, UDF, and Forecasting & Replenishment — ensuring solutions reflect real business process needs and industry best practice.
Translate complex retail and merchandising requirements into practical SAP architectures, guiding functional consultants and business stakeholders through options, impacts, and future-state design.
Work with developers and technical teams to enable integrations (BTP, CPI, APIs) across SAP and non‑SAP systems, ensuring cohesive end‑to‑end solutions that support merchandising operations.
Shape solution designs across SAP and adjacent retail platforms (e.g. pricing, promotions, planning, POS, data and analytics), ensuring consistent architectural patterns and business outcomes.
Define and govern solution architecture standards across ERP, data, and integration landscapes, ensuring clean core principles and consistent design.
Apply SAP Activate, LeanIX, Signavio, and established architectural patterns to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Partner with Enterprise and Principal Architects on our long-term SAP roadmap, including RISE with SAP, S/4HANA evolution, and cloud-enabled capabilities.
Act as a trusted advisor on SAP best practices, upgrade paths, extensibility, and innovation (BTP extensions, automation, AI).

Strong experience as an SAP Solution Architect or Senior Functional Consultant in merchandising or supply chain domains.
Deep understanding of retail business processes and how they map into SAP.
Ability to lead solution discussions, influence decision-making, and simplify complexity for stakeholders.
Familiarity with SAP integration patterns and platforms (BTP/CPI/API-led) — not as a developer, but as an architect who understands dependencies and end-to-end design.
