Lead Business Analyst

Role Overview

• Build trusted relationships with business and project stakeholders, enabling clear decision‑making and transparent progress across KPMG networks.
• Drive discovery phases, shape business cases, and assess risks, benefits, and impacts to influence strategic direction.
• Map current and future-state processes, identify improvements, and optimise technology utilisation.
• Elicit, validate and document business and solution requirements—creating functional specs, wireframes, guides, and more.
• Run workshops, support testing, and ensure seamless transition of solutions into BAU, including training and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a senior Business Analyst, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
• The confidence to influence at all levels and partner with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to use data, insights, and structured analysis to shape decisions.
• A passion for continuous improvement—always looking for smarter, better ways of working.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complexity for clear outcomes.
• Curiosity, resilience, and a commitment to excellence in everything you do.
