Run workshops, support testing, and ensure seamless transition of solutions into BAU, including training and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
Strong experience as a senior Business Analyst, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
The confidence to influence at all levels and partner with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to use data, insights, and structured analysis to shape decisions.
A passion for continuous improvement—always looking for smarter, better ways of working.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complexity for clear outcomes.
