Role Overview
- Design, specification and development of functional requirements for data migrations at insurance companies
- Analyze data sources and develop strategies to resolve data quality issues
- Define data migration requirements in coordination with IT teams and other stakeholders
- Design data mapping solutions between source and target applications
- Create and execute test plans for data migrations
- Monitor data quality before, during and after migration
- Produce detailed documentation of migration processes and problem resolutions
- Collaborate with internal and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in data migration projects is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Fluent in German; good English skills are a plus
- Permanent residence within the European Union
