Provide internal solutions to improve operational processes and system integration, develop reports and dashboards, validate and analyze data, and understand business processes and rules, which include the following activities:
Create effective reports and dashboards to deliver business insights that support management decision-making.
Use Business Intelligence platforms such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar to present information clearly and concisely.
Verify the integrity and quality of collected data, identify inconsistencies, and ensure data is reliable and accurate.
Collaborate with business teams to understand the business rules and processes underlying the analyzed data. Translate those rules into data analysis requirements.
Perform exploratory data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and relevant insights to support strategic decision-making.
Communicate analysis results effectively, using the tools mentioned above, to different audiences including senior management and operational teams.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
Strong knowledge of SQL and data structures for querying and manipulating data;
Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar;
Experience in software development and programming logic;
