Partner closely with business leaders and subject matter experts to understand business objectives, pain points, risks, and opportunities
Facilitate discovery conversations to clarify problems and define desired outcomes
Develop and articulate clear, structured business cases
Lead end‑to‑end requirements activities for complex initiatives
Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements
Translate business needs into clear, consumable artifacts
Manage scope and requirement changes
Work closely with product managers, project managers, engineers, and QA to support successful execution
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
6–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
Experience supporting technology‑enabled initiatives in financial services or other regulated environments preferred
Proven ability to understand business problems and translate them into clear business cases and actionable requirements
Strong experience partnering directly with business stakeholders at multiple levels
Experience working in financial services environments
Familiarity with financial services applications and solutions such as CRM platforms, Core banking systems, Digital banking platforms, Loan origination solutions
Experience working with system integrators and vendor provided solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and facilitation skills
Experience working in agile, waterfall and/or hybrid delivery environments
