Role Overview

• Manage sales activities of Novus products
• Perform sales and marketing duties
• Contribute to building Novus into a broader company
• Effectively uses resources to learn and develop sales
• Supervise distribution and sales support activities
• Assess credit risk and payment follow-up
• Perform budgeting and regulatory follow-up
• Support implementation of CSR activities
• Accomplish specific responsibilities for regional projects
• Adhere to Novus policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or comparable training
• 4 to 5+ years of related experience
• Proven sales and marketing skills
• Detailed understanding of animal nutrition products
• Strong analytical skills for legal compliance
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluent in Local Language
• Fluent in English
