Responsible for the administration, operation, and support of the Credit Union ONE Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure
Administers and supports Microsoft Azure subscriptions, tenants, and resources
Deploys, configures, and manages Azure services including; Virtual Machines (VMs)
Maintains and supports Windows Server environments integrated with Azure services
Monitors Azure resource performance, availability, and capacity using Azure Monitor
Provides Tier II / Tier III support for cloud-related incidents and service requests
Implements and maintains Azure security best practices aligned with regulatory and financial‑industry standards
Creates and maintains accurate documentation for Azure architecture and configurations
Designs, implements, maintains, and supports voice and unified communication systems

Bachelors’ degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college
Two years of work-related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years of experience administering Microsoft Azure Cloud infrastructure
Strong knowledge of: Azure networking
Cloud security principles and access controls
Hybrid cloud environments
Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert certifications a Plus
Strong knowledge and understanding of switches, routers, firewalls, security appliances, VPN, IDS, IPS, and the LAN/WAN network environment
Additional experience with products from such vendors as Genesys, Cohesity, and Broadcom are also a plus
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot high-level, complex and technical problems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Able to work extended hours and be available as required or necessary to fulfill duties
