About this role
Role Overview
Market bench consultants available across all 50 U.S. states
Identify contract opportunities through job boards, vendors and client networks
Manage pipelines, submit profiles and perform consistent follow-ups
Drive rapid conversion from bench to placement
Build and maintain relationships with U.S. staffing vendors and Tier 1 agencies
Track submissions, interviews, placements and produce weekly reports
Optimize resumes and LinkedIn profiles
Prepare consultants for interviews and client presentations
Meet 30-, 60
and 90-day placement milestones
Requirements
2–5+ years of Bench sales experience in IT within the U.S.
Proven success placing consultants into contract roles
Established network with Tier 1 vendors (TEKsystems, Apex, Insight Global, Randstad, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Highly organized, proactive and KPI-driven
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient with LinkedIn, job boards, Excel, tracking tools and email sourcing/search tools
