Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
Collect, review, and organize critical client information, such as asset inventories, personal details, and financial documentation.
Prepare legal correspondence, summaries, and communications in both English and Spanish.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients (particularly Spanish-speaking clients) to gather information, schedule meetings, and provide status updates.
Maintain organized and legally compliant client files, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality.
Conduct research on estate planning regulations and procedures in the U.S.
Coordinate notarizations, witness signings, and formal execution of legal documents; track deadlines and appointments to ensure compliance with timelines.

Fluent bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Paralegal in estate planning in the U.S.
Technical certificate or bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience drafting wills and trusts and solid knowledge of probate and estate administration processes.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters under tight deadlines.
