Responsible for the implementation of complex Epic tools and processes, and the proactive support and maintenance of assigned Epic modules.
Works independently with minimal supervision to effectively scope, plan, and deliver on customer requests to include break fix issues and projects.
Serves as the Epic Subject Matter Expert (SME) in assigned Epic module(s).
Aids in decisions on integrating applications and improving Epic workflows.
Utilizes best practices to implement and document consistent Epic builds.
Takes ownership of high complexity issues.
Highly responsive to customers and shows an aptitude for the development and documentation of customer requirements.
Serves as a mentor to junior analysts learning Epic.

Associate degree in computer science, information technology, nursing or related field.
Appropriate Epic Certification(s) Required
Seven years’ experience in Information Technology, clinical operations, or related field.
Three years experience Epic.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Service oriented.
Able to work independently.
Must have above average problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational, time management and customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint and other computer applications.

Light lifting, pushing and pulling is required for 1-20 lbs occasionally and frequent moving of objects of less than 10 lbs is required.
