Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Application Engineering
Support business users in troubleshooting persistent issues and helping them adhere to best practices within Salesforce
Partner with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to drive user support, functional configuration, and the successful launch of resulting solutions
Collaborate with geographically diverse teams to resolve issues
Identify recurring issues and drive towards permanent solutions
Work in a scrum team with Salesforce Admins and QA to deliver value to the business
Assist Product Owner and Stakeholders creating training documents, user stories and acceptance criteria
