Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- At least 2 years writing production Rust
- Deep understanding of Rust's ownership model and type system
- Solid grasp of systems programming fundamentals
- Experience working on distributed systems
- Strong debugging skills
- Excellent written communication skills
