Senior Workplace Engineer, German

Role Overview

• Ensure optimal performance and uptime for key M365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, O365, Exchange/Outlook Client).
• Provide advanced support for M365 related issues, diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
• Conduct essential upgrades, patches, and enhancements across the M365 environment.
• Implement and uphold security protocols to protect M365 services.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for smooth operation of M365 services.
• Manage and resolve support tickets, prioritizing tasks to meet SLAs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role (minimum 3 years).
• Hands-on experience with configuration and administration within the M365 environment.
• Strong understanding of security best practices for M365 services.
• Experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within M365.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in German (B2/C1) and English, both written and spoken.
• Certifications related to M365 services are a plus.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation for managing M365 services.
