Role Overview
- Lead the design and optimisation of Paddle’s marketing website
- Maintain and scale the web-based design system
- Work closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics
- Collaborate with Brand teams to ensure website reflects Paddle’s brand identity
- Align visual storytelling with marketing strategies
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced tech environment
- Strong design craft with understanding of user behaviour
- Comfortable using A/B test results and user behavior data
- Ability to manage own roadmap without constant supervision
- Enjoy sharing expertise with junior designers and providing constructive feedback
