Role Overview
- Provide excellent customer service for respiratory therapy
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Ensure provider orders meet guidelines
- Interface with health organizations regarding Pulmonary Function testing
- Administrative support for Respiratory Therapy Manager and staff
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Office management training preferred
- Knowledge of medical and respiratory therapy terminology preferred
- Two years related experience in healthcare
- Experience using electronic medical record systems such as EPIC strongly desired
