About this role

Planning, design and execution of building services (TGA) projects
Preliminary, design and construction-phase planning in the area of heating, cooling, ventilation and sanitary (HKLS)
Leading planning meetings
Technical coordination meetings and coordination with clients, architects, authorities and specialist planners from involved trades
Preparation of drawings, specifications (LV) and tender documents; performing calculations

Degree in building services engineering or supply engineering (FH-Diplom/Bachelor)
Professional experience in building services/supply engineering (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing)
Familiarity with VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) and the various HOAI fee phases
Good Revit skills and ideally experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Very good German and English language skills
Affinity for AI tools and a willingness to continuously learn new AI technologies; experience with AI-assisted applications is an advantage
