Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins in Northern Sweden.
Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.
Visit existing and prospective customers to assess needs and promote products, solutions, and services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and expand market share.
Identify and convert potential customers from competitors.
Plan and execute sales activities to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Monitor and report on customer trends, product issues, and competitive activity.
Keep customer data updated in the CVM system and complete administrative tasks on time.
Requirements
Experience in field sales or a similar customer‑facing role.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to analyze customer and market information.
Self‑driven, organized, and able to manage a geographic territory within budget.
Ability to travel regularly; driver’s license as required.
