Manage the enrollment cycle for prospective students, ensuring that deadlines and deliverables are communicated effectively and that students are motivated to complete their admissions process in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of service delivery across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, while staying organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Participate in regular training to master Excelsior University’s academic offerings, policies, and student services, and apply this knowledge in a way that fosters a transformative experience for prospective students.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the various methods of earning credit, the application process, tuition, and program-specific eligibility requirements to effectively advise students.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from regionally accredited College or University or 2 years of admissions related experience.
Minimum of one-year experience in a Communication Center preferred.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a high-energy office and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to master and assimilate a large amount of information about academic offerings with accuracy and detail.
Strong communication skills, preferably in Spanish and English, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience with college admissions programs and demonstrate an interest in promoting distance learning higher education to a diverse adult student population.
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
